im thinking of starting a new blog - life of a NS girlfriend. haha. one word : tough. but so what? im not the first to go through it.
sad.
sad to see the collapse of all these banks that i aspired to work in. this is far from over. it's like dominoes. i hope we're not the next to go.
sad cos i don't get to see and talk to my baby as much as i want to.
sad.

awesome. i turned on my laptop to bluetooth this picture of a mimoso growing in a little tiny egg that i am planting in office but the bluetooth won't freaking work for me! rahh.
this weekend was a blast! :D fri night aud & me went bala with the ang mohs bosses. anw so we ended up talking all sort of shi*t, stuff that you and the bosses wouldn't normally talk about. drinks seemed free flow. haha. i got boss a double shot vodka coke and he said he'd drink it if i downed 3 shots of tequila. easy peasy, NOT. that was my downfall, and so was his! haha. i left for home and he went around err getting to know more people. haha.
went to city plaza on sat to cos my sis wanted to get eyelash extensions. it looks really cool, barbie doll eyes, but not more extensions for me. damnit. i got ripped off for my hair extenstions at the stupid hereen shop when i could have done it for 30% that price at city plaza. headed to cine where i ate Hip USA for the first time. suaku, i know. watched DOOMSDAY. it was like a rojak show! medival times, punks, army, politics, car advertisement all mixed together. haha. headed to timbre for drinks with ryan & jeff. it was nice chilling out.
made dumplings on sunday! baby came over to help. no photos cos my sister didnt want to take any for us and we were busy wrapping minced meat, chesnuts and prawns into the yellow flour skin. we even made flying saucers!
3 weeks of leave! rah, exam leave. can't wait for my 3 weeks Europe trip! :) i'd take loads of photos then, i swear. haha.
when you look me in the eye, i catch a glimpse of heaven.

Monday, April 14, 2008 street kings is awesome. it features a star-studded cast and full of raw, rough action. and the plot is interesting with twists here and there. and Keanu Reeves acting is excellent, loved it. and the homicide detective (found out his name is chris evans) is so cute & hot. haha.
one funny thing i noticed throughout the show is that Reeves looks like edmund chen from mediacorp. haha.
and i saw a new show i want to watch! Valkyrie. Quoted from rottentomatoes.com, "Tom Cruise stars as Claus von Stauffenberg, a man intent on killing Adolf Hitler." anyone interested? haha, can see benita waving her hands in excitement. looks like her kinda movie. am i right? anw, anything that says "based on a true story" always gets my interest. i like facts, i think. haha. okies, here's the trailer! its more mind-blowing on the big screen tho.

back to shortdom. no more extensions.
lunched with sam on friday. it was nice! just like old times. kinda missed those chats on the ride home or in between breaks. haha i remember sam helping me get thrue all my tears and complains but he was always there. thanks for being such a great friend sammy! :)
went timbre with ryan yesterday. mr brave guy's going to be down to earth soon. kinda admire him cos i guess inside of me, i want to do it too but im too timid a mouse. haha. oh wells, i can just be excited on his behalf. haha.
added custodians denise & pamela. facebook's like really really global.
weekend's in 2 days! YIPEEEEEE!! :D everybody say "PARTYYYYYYYY!!!"

changed my blogskin and i realised how much i missed using photoshop and spending hours perfecting my blogskin. i think im an arty-farty person. being restricted is making me frustrated and unhappy, like now. but the job pays well, who am i to complain?
& i read my old old blog. its so childish. and seeing what i worry about then. stupid stuff like not ever getting married, which of cos im still worrying about now. maybe im just scared to be alone, you think?
